Actions
GoTo script
Action Script may belong either to frames or to buttons. If the arrow tool highlights the button (not going inside button editing mode) you may see the caption Actions-Button at the top of the Actions Panel. In other cases it will be Actions-Frame caption.
- Create an animation which consists from 100 frames. Place a keyframe at every tenth keyframe – it should be 10 of them Enter a text with number in each frame, like “1”, “2”, “3” and so on
- Create a button with caption “1” on it
- Highlight the button and check if the caption on the Actions panel is Actions-Button
- In the left of the Actions Panel select Actions-Movie Control and drag goToAndPlay on the right side - in the script window.
- Leave the script as is and test the movie. When button clicked and released the number count will be replayed from number one (or anything you have entered in the first keyframe interval
