Morphing
What is important to remember
- Morphing (shape tweening) animates only drawings
- Morphing cannot animate symbols
- Text characters must be broken apart before morphing
- Everything on the stage takes part in the shape transformation
- Simple forms morphing is easier to predict
- Shape hints help to coordinate the transformation between keyframes
- Complex morphing may be achieved with breaking drawing into primitive shapes and separating them into several layers
