Onion Skin

At the bottom of the Timeline panel you will find small buttons - click the left of them (with small rectangles pictogram) and you will be able to see on the stage not only where symbol is located in the current frame but also where it was and where it’s going to be after. It’s called “Onion Skin” It helps when you create a complex animations where several objects are supposed to behave as a part of one movie.

If the second button is clicked you will see only blue contours of the symbol positions.

The third button is used to allow to edit multiple frames (you don’t need it for now). The last button tunes Onion Markers, that displayed on the timeline ruler and may be adjusted to show larger or smaller number of frames.
