Motion Ease

One more option for the Motion Tweening – Ease. You may find an appropriate textbox in the Properties Inspectors if you clicked at the frame in between keyframes. Install Ease for the first tweened interval (between frames 1 and 60) to (–100) - you will see word In appeared near texbox. For the rocket returning put Easy 100 – word Out will be seen.

Test your movie. Now the rocket will start slowly and then gain the speed.
