Prerequisites
This course is not basic. To complete it you need a quite solid knowledge of Flash design tools and techniques. If you didn't work with Flash before, the best idea will be to complete our previous basic course “Flash Online”. If you learned Flash on you own with books or other online courses or simply played with it and feel quite confident, you may use the following checklist. You must know how:- Create drawing shapes and modify them.
- Create graphic, movie and button symbols.
- Arrange, align, break apart symbols and drawings.
- Insert and clear keyframes. Create frame labels.
- Use layers effectively.
- Create animated movies with motion and shape tweening.
- Create nested movies (movies inside movies inside movies).
- Duplicate symbols.
- Create masks and guides.
- Import bitmaps and trace them.
- Import sounds, use and edit them.
- Use following simple actions – stop(), getURL(), goToAndPlay(); Add actions to frames and buttons
- Optimize your file for publishing, make it fairly small. Use size report and bandwidth profiler.
- Publish movie for Internet.
